Incorporating the “barre” into every session, these intense and fun classes are perfect for building strength and sculpting muscles

Improve your strength, tone and flexibility. Barre classes are complete body workouts based on the strength and conditioning training of a ballet dancer. The “barre” is used as a support to target your core muscles whilst maintaining good form.

Anyone at any age or fitness level can benefit from the tone, alignment and posture improvements delivered by Barre training. You do not need to be a dancer! Classes are limited to small numbers so workouts can be optimised for all clients

Studio barre classes are held Monday 11am, Tuesday 9.30am,  and Friday at 9.30 am. 

Weekly classes can be booked via our monthly membership option (£34 p/month) which includes access to our online barre class library
